Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive the
retail loan products, specializing in Mortgage and Micro Loans against Properties,
particularly in the affordable segment within the Delhi NCR region. The successful
candidate will play a crucial role in developing a robust business model, recruiting
high performers, and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.
Responsibilities:
&bull Business Development:
&bull Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business
strategies.
&bull Identify and recruit high-performing individuals to build a strong team.
&bull Portfolio Management:
&bull Take P&L responsibility for multiple branches, ensuring business
volume and portfolio quality meet targets.
&bull Collaborate with Operations & Credit to develop effective business
strategies.
&bull Strategic Planning:
&bull Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing region-specific
innovative strategies.
&bull Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned with
client needs and objectives.
&bull Client Relationship Management:
&bull Identify potential clients and decision-makers, setting up meetings
accordingly.
&bull Present new products and services and enhance existing client
relationships.
&bull Team Management:
&bull Lead and manage a team of ASM/BM/ABM/RM.
&bull Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team
and channel partners.

&bull Market Analysis:
&bull Stay familiar with the NBFC 's core system and market trends.
&bull Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities
for campaigns and services.
&bull Reporting and Compliance:
&bull Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data
management in the company 's CRM.

&bull Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and
applicable laws.
&bull Training and Development:
&bull Lead and supervise the team, providing best-in-class business
development training.
&bull Develop a thorough understanding of the company 's people and
capabilities to maximize performance.
