Strategic Leadership: - Provide strategic direction and leadership for the branch, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. - Develop and implement business plans that drive growth and profitability in the Ludhiana market. 2. Team Management: - Lead and motivate a high-performance team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. - Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and capabilities. 3. Sales and Business Development: - Achieve and exceed sales targets for IT hardware, computer peripherals, and accessories within the assigned region. - Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand market share. 4. Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a positive client experience. 5.
