Strategic Leadership: - Provide strategic direction and leadership for the branch, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. - Develop and implement business plans that drive growth and profitability in the Ludhiana market. 2. Team Management: - Lead and motivate a high-performance team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. - Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and capabilities. 3. Sales and Business Development: - Achieve and exceed sales targets for IT hardware, computer peripherals, and accessories within the assigned region. - Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand market share. 4. Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a positive client experience. 5. Market Analysis: - Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Utilize market insights to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. 6. Financial Management: - Manage the branch budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals. - Monitor and analyze financial reports, making strategic decisions to optimize branch performance. 7. Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience of 12-15 years in a leadership role within the IT hardware industry. 3. Strong understanding of product lines, including IT hardware, computer peripherals, and accessories. 4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. 6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
