Responsibilities:

Develop JDs, post jobs, interviewing and manage entire recruitment lifecycle Develop, implement and enforce HR policies across the team Organize employee programs, events, team builders and off-sites Implement Performance measurement and appraisal systems, incentive systems for sales teams Implement technology-based HR solutions to automate and improve HR experience of office Process payroll, and other routine tasks to ensure efficient operation of all team
