The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B sales within both domestic and international markets. Position : Business Development Manager Shift : Day Work location : Noida 63 Working days : Monday to Friday, 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays Job description: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profits. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients. Utilize various channels, including networking events, and digital platforms, to identify and pursue business opportunities with B2B clients. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns and objections to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and secure contracts in line with organizational goals. Job Specification: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the eLearning services providing industry. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
