IT MANAGER

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager who possess a strong background in network administration, device management, and cybersecurity practices. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless IT operations for our workforce. What will you do: Design, implement, and manage the organization 's network infrastructure to ensure reliable and highspeed connectivity. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to optimize network efficiency. Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions. Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular security audits. Manage device inventory, including tracking assets, configurations, and software licenses. Ensure that laptops and devices are properly configured with necessary software, security patches, and updates. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops and devices, providing technical support to endusers. Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard network infrastructure, laptops, and devices against potential threats and breaches. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations in the management of employee devices and network data. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to source and procure necessary hardware, software, and networking equipment. What will you need: Bachelor 's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in Network administration, IT Infrastructure management, and device operations. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Should have experience with JumpCloud. Proficiency in network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management. Familiarity with Mobile Device Management MDM solutions and endpoint security. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and interact with stakeholders. Relevant certifications e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional are a plus.
