Commercial Executive

Position: Commercial Executive Location: Bengaluru Reports To: Branch Manager Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of commercial operations, including petty cash management, invoicing, bank receipt entry, debtor follow-up, inventory management, and godown operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage petty cash efficiently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 2. Generate invoices and bills accurately and promptly. 3. Record bank receipts promptly and accurately in the system. 4. Conduct follow-up with debtors to ensure timely payment and resolve any payment issues. 5. Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize losses. 6. Assume responsibility for inventory control and ensure accurate record-keeping. 7. Handle godown operations effectively, ensuring proper storage and dispatch of goods. 8. Perform invoicing tasks for 5 trading or manufacturing companies as required. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in petty cash management and handling financial transactions. 2. Proficiency in generating invoices and bills, with meticulous attention to detail. 3. Familiarity with bank receipt entry processes and accounting software. 4. Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective debtor follow-up. 5. Demonstrated ability in inventory management and control techniques. 6. Prior experience in overseeing godown operations is highly desirable. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment. 8. Bachelor 's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred. 9. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
