Sales Manager Position at LivFuture Automation Company
Job Title: Sales Manager& - Gate Motor Category
Job Location: Pune, Viman Nagar&
Job Type: Full-time, Monthly Salary Incentive-
Job Timing: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Sunday fixed off)

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers of LivFuture Automation Company.

Identify and establish connections with potential new dealers in the designated area.

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our automatic gate motor products in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to dealers and customers.

Generate New leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights for product improvement and strategy adjustment.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages.

Prior experience in sales, preferably in the field of home automation or Gate Automation Or Any hardcore Sales & Marketing related industries.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with dealers and customers.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of gate automation systems and products will be an advantage.
