Job Description
-Work alongside & learn from best in class talentOur client is India s largest online B2B marketplace, connecting buyers with suppliers. The online channel focuses on providing a platform for buyers, who can be SMEs, large enterprises as well as individuals.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Position holder will be an individual contributor- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART- Ensure products/services in client s e-catalog are accurately defined- Prompt resolution of client complaints- Assist the field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures- Daily 10-12 meaningful telephone/video calls with clientsIdeal Candidate :- Client handling and application of Telesales techniques- Active listening and understand the business contexts of clients- Good Verbal and written communication- Ability to work independently- 70% marks in 10th and 12th, 55% in Graduation and Post Graduation- Graduate with minimum 1-2 years experience in sales (ref:updazz.com)
