Our vision is to be the leader in EV charging in India and beyond, leveraging our capabilities in software and hardware.Job Description- Developing and managing a portfolio of customers.- Connect and engage with pre generated leads.- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.- Answering the potential customers questions and sending information via email.- Developing in-depth knowledge of product & service information.- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers.- Achieving the given monthly sales target by identifying and developing new leads.Required Qualification : GraduatesRequired Skills- 0-2 years of proven work experience in sales.- Sound knowledge of the local market and customer base.- Be a self-starter with a demonstrable track record.- Willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment.- Possesses strong customer relationship management skills and must be customer- centric- Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive.- Ability to perform and work well under pressure, good analytical & troubleshooting skills- Good technical understanding of the products- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills- Strong analytical and organizational skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyJob Types: Permanent, Full-time (ref:updazz.com)
