The Position
As a Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Generate insights through competitive intelligence, monitoring competitors, government landscape, product launch, pipeline progression, clinical trial design, market access, commercial activities, regulatory agencies, and upcoming innovations in the pharma industry through secondary research. Apply analytical and creative problem:solving skills to highlight insights that support strategic business decisions.
Provide coverage of medical conferences, including pre:conference, in:conference, and post:conference intelligence, followed by summarizing key takeaways. Monitor social media activities, trends, and posts to provide US:specific insights on patient and physician perspectives, drug launch/approval success, real:time access pain points, and overall market trends.

Understand and monitor competitor 's development and highlight possible implications on Novo Nordisk 's product portfolio, including all relevant competitive intelligence insights.

Work on US LAAD data sets to perform analysis for extracting actionable insights for better decision making.

Provide ad:hoc support to the Strategic Market Intelligence team, including any social media projects.
:
Build a knowledge base for new therapeutic areas of Novo Nordisk.
:
Monitor any government landscape changes that can impact Novo Nordisk 's operations.
Qualifications
To be our Business Analyst, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

5 years of pharmaceutical work experience in Competitive Intelligence or Market Intelligence, or Pharma consulting.

Expertise in multiple Therapy Areas with expertise in data analytics.

Experience in medical conference coverage.
:
Social media experience or a good understanding within healthcare.
:
Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
:
Attention to detail in every step of capturing CI data to ensure accurate, on:time deliverables.

Detailed:oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
