City Head - New Client Acquisition (Sales) FuelBuddy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as the City Head Sales - New Client Acquisition. This role is crucial to our expansion plans, and we are looking for a leader who can drive business growth in Pune.Key Responsibilities : Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : - Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients in the designated city.
-Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Build, track and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
-Target achievement of overall sales of the region - Maintaining performance through input KPIs on a daily basis.
-Build a pipeline for upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts Leadership and Team Management : - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
-Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team is equipped to meet and exceed sales goals. Client Relationship Management : - Build new and nurture strong relationships with clients in the city to enable growth and achieve revenue objectives.
-Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
-Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statement so as to help pitch/ build the right product.Cross-functional Collaboration : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Market Analysis and Reporting : - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
-Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Requirements : - 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients.
-4 years of strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
-Proven track record of launching & establishing cities and making them profitable.
-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
-Results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.
