Job Description
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, develop account plans, and drive revenue growth while providing exceptional customer service. If you have a proven track record in account management, a deep understanding of the MSME sector, and are passionate about helping businesses succeed, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting :- Research and identify potential clients in the MSME market.- Develop a deep understanding of potential clients business needs and challenges.- Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to attract new clients.- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company s offerings.Negotiation and Closing:- Negotiate terms and close deals with new clients.- Ensure all legal and financial aspects of the deal are addressed efficiently.Account Growth:- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs.- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key MSME clients in Bangalore.- Understand clients business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.Market Research and Analysis :- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.- Conduct research to identify potential MSME clients and assess their suitability for partnership.Customer Support : - Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their engagement.- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.Reporting and Forecasting:- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.- Prepare regular reports on account performance and revenue projections.Collaboration:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client success.- Share client feedback and insights with internal teams to drive product and service improvements.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Proficient in English and Kannada.- 5 -7 years Proven experience in key account management- In-depth knowledge of the MSME sector, including its challenges and opportunities.- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
