Job Description
Job Purpose :- The Sales and Key Account Management role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers to promote the company s products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.Job Location : AhmedabadBudget : Up to INR 50k per monthResponsibilities :- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and requirements, and offering solutions that meet those needs- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospective customers- Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company s products, industry trends, and competitors Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsRequisite Skills :- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in sales and account management- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required (ref:updazz.com)
