Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct telemedicine consultations with patients over the phone in a professional and empathetic manner.- Listen attentively to patients concerns, symptoms, and medical history, and accurately document relevant information.- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, conveying information accurately and clearly.- Provide guidance and support to patients on telemedicine procedures, appointment scheduling, and technical troubleshooting.- Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling for telemedicine consultations, ensuring timely access to healthcare services.- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling patient information.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective coordination of care and follow-up.- Stay updated on telemedicine protocols, procedures, and best practices.- Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback, addressing any concerns or issues raised promptly and professionallyEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:- 12th Pass candidates, high bachelor s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.- Proven experience in a customer service or patient support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.- Exceptional English proficiency, both verbal and written, with clear pronunciation and effective communication skills.- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with patients needs and concerns.- Proficiency in using phone systems and telecommunication software.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices and procedures preferred.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict ethical standards.- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving healthcare accessibility through telemedicine.
