Key Responsibilities :1. Customer Service : Greet customers at PVR INOX in a warm and professional manner, answer their questions, and offer product recommendations. Ensure a positive experience by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and courteously.2. Sales & Product Knowledge : Demonstrate a deep understanding of 4700BC products. Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and promotions. Offer additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.3. Stock Management : Monitor snack inventory levels at the counter and restock as necessary. Ensure visually appealing and well-organized displays. Report low stock levels to supervisors and assist in inventory management tasks.4. Cleanliness and Presentation : Maintain a clean, organized counter, and surrounding area. Arrange promotional materials, price tags, and signage appropriately. Ensure shelves, racks, and displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.5. Compliance and Safety : Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Follow regulations related to product handling, cash management, and customer privacy. Report any potential safety hazards or incidents.6. Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with colleagues and team members to achieve sales goals and provide seamless customer service.
