JOB DESCRIPTION
1.& Contacting current and potential clients to inform them& regarding the product and service. 2.& Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. 3. Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal. 4.& Keeping the customer database maintained and updated. 5.& Taking and processing orders accurately. 6.& Preserve the company s reputation by handling grievances. 7.& Facilitating companies sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota. 8.& Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information. &
JOB SPECIFICATION A.& Minimum 1 years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role. B.& Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota. C.& Knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems. D.& Efficient with English. E.& Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. F.& Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues. G.& Having done B.Sc/BA will be an advantage. H.& Candidate should be from nearby location (Bhandup H.Q.)
