Profile : Business Development AssociateJob description :Role & responsibilities :- Analyze the market and industry trends to identify potential areas for lead generation and conversion.- Develop and execute strategic plans to convert leads into sales, ensuring a strong sales pipeline and consistent revenue growth.- Analyzing client requirements and creating compelling business proposals, showcasing Web and Mobile Development services.- Cultivating enduring relationships with client leaders and decision makers to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly.- Managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful closure, demonstrating excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Nurturing existing client relationships through regular follow-ups, while actively seeking out and converting new leads using social and business networking strategies.- Conducting effective demos, presentations, and negotiations, both locally and internationally, to showcase our capabilities and drive business growth.- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the industry.- Taking charge of end-to-end sales processes, inclusive of lead generation, deal closure, and post-sales client servicing to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.- Overseeing various functions, such as strategic alliances, business development, sales operations, and channel partnering, to enhance our market presence and drive organizational success.- Flourishing in a self-motivated capacity with minimal guidance, showcasing proactive decision-making skills and adaptability to handle uncertainty effectively.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present compelling proposals and solutions that meet clients requirements.- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements to effectively position our offerings in the market.Preferred candidate profile :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in corporate business development, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture a strong professional network.- Track record of effectively leveraging strong references and relationships to drive successful lead generation and business growth.- Strong understanding of technology sales methodologies, trends, and best practices.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
