JOB DESCRIPTION OF COUNSELOR : SALARY & QUALIFICATION :Graduate in any streamExperience: 1-5 yearsCTC : 15,500 TO 41,400 PER MONTHLocation - Vashi, Andheri, BorivaliThe Counselor acts as a thinker who should be able to develop and execute plans for resulting successful student acquisition , who are interested in studying Banking and Finance Courses offered by BANKEDGE - Academy of Banking and Finance, Mumbai.As a Counselor : - Promoting the programs offered by BANKEDGE Academy, counseling and recruiting students.- Establish & maintain working relationship with the Centre Head, Regional & Corporate office.- Coordinate activities with regards to students.- Submit individual promotional plans.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES :-1. Should be able to execute, and monitor the successful student recruitment.2. Should be able to achieve clear business targets set - daily, weekly & monthly.3. Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals. Provide first line of contact with parents, prospective students and other business associates.4. Counseling students and parents, helping students in processing papers related to Bank Loans.5. Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective students.6. Provide weekly progress reports on student counseling, enquiry follow-ups, and application filing and student responses.7. Initiate, organize successfully participate in university / college / academy spot admissions and provide report on each university / college / academy visits.8. Reporting to the Management on MIS regarding successful recruitment of students.SKILLS :- Good Organization skills and leadership skills and attention to detail.- A Can do approach to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.- A good understanding of the BFS (Banking, Financial Services) Industry and a sound knowledge about Programs offered by BANKEDGE Academy is essential.- Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English.- Very pleasing and friendly personality.- Attitude of counsel and advice.- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the Public of all age groups and social backgrounds.- Constant updating of information relating to Education etc.,- Willingness to work long hours and unsociable hours whenever necessary (ref:updazz.com)
