Java Developer (7:13 Years ) For An Online E Commerce Company

We are looking for a "Java Developer "for one of our esteemed Clients for Bangalore , India Location.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong technical credentials, with experience in technical engineering leadership, including proven software deliverables.
Deep knowledge of distributed systems.
Broad knowledge of Java, Linux, operating system principles, design patterns and programming best practices.
Knowledge of open source technologies such as spring, hibernate, NoSql databases etc.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project planning/execution skills including estimating and scheduling.
REQUIREMENT:
Experience with very large scale distributed systems that operate under strict performance SLAs.
Experience with hardware, cloud:based services, and other developing/integrating innovative technologies.
Implement engineering design and development methodologies to ensure consistency across teams and systems while still fostering individual team ownership.
Exert technical influence over multiple teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
Assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues, and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.
