VP Engineering : Microsoft Technology (15+ Years) For A Cloud Based Solution Provider

We are looking for a " VP Engineering : Microsoft Technology "for one of our esteemed Clients for BangaloreLocation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall software development life:cycle and manage complex projects with significant business impact.
Work with the CTO , PM and Business to develop a long:term product plan and manage the release planning cycles for your products.
Instill best practices for software development, ensure designs meet requirements, and deliver high:quality work on schedule.
Project management : prioritization , planning of projects and features, stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments.
Ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, translate them into technical solutions, and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines.
Operational Excellence : monitoring and operation of production services.
Career management and development of direct reports.
REQUIREMENT:
Overall 15 years of software engineering experience, at least the last 5 years in a senior technology /Managerial role. (Techno managerial).
Bachelor 's or Master 's degree in Engineering from reputed institutes.
Strong technical and product background with the ability to expand and lead a team of strong software engineers.
Experience across the full product life cycle design development, testing and Implementation.
Experience with object oriented design patterns, strong understanding of full stack development in building complex, large:scale platforms.
Provide leadership and execute technical strategy being a key driver contributing to the products road map and willing to take innovative product risk while balancing on time deliverables.
Strong project management experience defining tasks, allocating tasks, work breakdown structure, planning resource requirements and project timelines.
Strong team player with an energetic, pleasant personality; ability to work at a cross functional level and be comfortable with board level interaction.
Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high growth environment.
