VP Engineering (8+ Years) For An Online Renting Solution Company

We are looking for a " VP Engineering "for one of our esteemed Clients for BangaloreLocation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading full:stack team of developers (Across Android, iOS, Front:end and Back:end), who are passionate about disrupting the industry.
Fostering a culture of innovation.
Mentoring team members, and ensuring that they are learning and growing with the company.
Ensure software engineering life cycle best practices are followed.
Closely monitor and guide product releases and updates.
Attract and retain top engineering talent.
Help set the strategic agenda for the technology team.
Translating this agenda into an actionable product/tech road map.
Own end:to:end availability and performance of Company services.
REQUIREMENT:
8 years of experience at cutting edge organizations or startups.
Prior experience in leading large engineering teams (20 ).
Professional and positive approach, self:motivated, strong in building relationships, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
Experience in ensuring engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, service:oriented architecture etc.).
