Job Description
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and close sales.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Assist in restocking merchandise, including unpacking shipments, tagging products, and replenishing shelves.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and special events to effectively promote and sell products.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, exchanges, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.&
