Job Description
We 're seeking a qualified sales associate to sell annual car and bike Scotty subscription products that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.&

Responsibilities:
Understand our products, their functions, and benefits to external audiences.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop account targets in line with strategy.
Track and report performance metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
Engage with internal and external teams to enhance products and business processes.
Collaborate with senior executives to negotiate deals and assist in onboarding.
Assist customers both in-store and over the phone.
Greet customers warmly and courteously.
Follow up with customers in the pipeline or customers requiring any assistance.
Monitor inventory levels, and restock shelves when necessary.
Approach customers with a helpful attitude to understand their needs
Inform customers about ongoing promotions and advertisements.
Contribute to achieving the team s daily sales goals.
Address any concerns or problems that customers may encounter, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
