The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, a strong understanding of the agricultural machinery market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performance sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.Sales Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.- Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.- Identify customer needs and collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet market requirements.Sales Operations:- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.- Ensure the effective use of CRM tools and sales analytics for accurate forecasting and reporting.Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.- Years of experience in sales management within the tractor or agricultural machinery industry.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.- Willingness to travel as needed.
