The focus is on influencing the top management of target organisations at the HR strategy level through a fresh, solution-driven approach. Key aspects of the job will include :- Seeking out new opportunities through contacts, networking, cold calling and social media- Connecting at CEO/MD/COO levels to understand their requirements and concerns and define the right value proposition- Hunting while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors activities- Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataYour Profile : - A sales professional with thorough understanding of selling and negotiating techniques- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets- Prior experience of directly dealing at senior most levels including CEO/ COO/ MD of SMEs- Consultative selling approach with aptitude for sales hunting- Excellent communication and customer understanding skills- Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (ref:updazz.com)
