Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Entry-Level UI/UX Designer with UI development skills to join our team. Responsibilities:
1. UI/UX Design: Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
2. User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Analyze user behavior and iterate designs based on insights gathered from usability testing and feedback sessions.
3. UI Development: Translate design mockups into responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure UI components are pixel-perfect and adhere to design specifications.
4. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and pattern libraries. Ensure consistency and coherence across different products and platforms.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and front-end development. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Note: This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience. We welcome applications from recent graduates or individuals with relevant internship experience. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow and develop your skills in UI/UX design and front-end development.
