WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Senior Triage manager in our team, you will be focused on customer issues/escalations for the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile product
You will help troubleshoot the customer issues with minimal guidance from the other stakeholders including Product and Engineering and find if the issue is valid or not. This will help Product and Engineering focus on valid customer issues
You will also be offered the opportunity to influence the focus of areas of improvement, drive overall Triage process improvements across the entire Mobile product
WHAT YOU BRING:
2 years of overall experience in iOS/Android application development/testing
3 years of Program/Project Management
Expert knowledge of computer science or related field, with strong competencies in software design
Ability to communicate effectively with Senior leaders from Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, Customers, and other team members
Ability to troubleshoot Mobile customer issues with minimal support from other stakeholders
Monitor/provide regular updates on customer issues. Communicate escalations to the Senior leaders effectively
Create informative metrics to point out problematic areas/areas that need attention
Identify, implement, and enforce process changes to help reduce incoming customer issues
Ability to work effectively with global teams in US and China
Overall 5 years of experience in Software Development
Experience in developing/testing in other areas besides iOS/Android, including but not limited to Java, HTML5, Python
Experience with cloud application and understand the cloud operation model
