Skydo Technologies - Associate/Account Manager - Customer Success (2-5 Yrs) Bangalore (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Summary:Skydo is looking for an Account Manager/Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team. This role will report to the customer success lead and will be responsible for improving the activation and post-onboarding experience of Skydo customers. The successful candidate will also have monthly targets to meet.Responsibilities: - Proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of activations and satisfaction.- Engage with onboarded customers frequently via multiple channels, calls, email, and WhatsApp.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, driving revenue, expanding market share, and acting as a revenue generator in business development.- Monitor customer health metrics, developing strategies to address areas of concern.- Conduct product demos for customers to explain the platform usage.- Give feedback to the demand generation/sales team on customer quality based on interactions and feedback from customers.Requirements: - Strong academic record with approx.- 4 years of work experience and at least 2 years in B2B sales or account management.- Excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness, and interpersonal skills.- Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- A passion for service excellence and improving the customer experience.Location: Bangalore (in-office) Mon-Fri, with occasional travelAbout Skydo:- Skydo is a fintech startup, solving B2B cross-border payments.
