Job Description
Responsibility :- Scheduling client meetings daily for sales, attending phone calls, dealing with clients queries, processing transactions, and managing the client s portfolios as and when necessary.- Tele-sales by identifying the client s needs and suggesting the products available.- Executing the transactions as requested by clients/Growth Managers and completing the same with TAT.- Providing troubleshooting assistance for Transactions, portfolios, and relevant problems.- Providing data and analysis to help the sales team.- Responding to clients and Prospects queries.- Manage sales tracking tools, ERP, and CRM systems and report on important information.- Liaise with the growth managers to develop specific sales strategies.- Stay up to date with all Mutual Funds and Insurance products.- Helping the sales team with the presentation and joint calls.- Making the Financial Planning and portfolio review for presenting it to clients. Skills :- Excellent communication skills.- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities within the target market segments.- Skill in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and generate leads.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of tasks and initiatives.- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards governing wealth management practices, ensuring adherence to compliance policies and ethical guidelines.
