Job Description
Job Purpose :- Plan, develop, execute and monitor all marketing, advertising, promotional activities in line with the marketing strategy and organizational objectives helping achieve the branch sales targets.Minimum Qualification : Graduation/ MBA- MarketingWork Experience : Minimum 8 years exp to 12 yearsPreference : Candidates with good exposure in BTL marketing. Team Size : Direct Reporting: 1, Indirect Team Size of 12-15 PeopleLocation : SuratReporting To : Branch Manager / Regional Manager (Operationally) & Zonal Marketing Manager (Functionally)Job Responsibilities :1. Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales (Primary focus on lead generation and database management)2. Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events in markets for primary lead generation3. Undertaking promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets leading to lead generation and business outcomes4. Manage Telemarketing and tele calling operations - in-house as well as outsourced5. Vendor Management, interfacing with creative and production agencies6. Manage the marketing department budget for the branch7. Designing and producing marketing collaterals where needed8. Oversee corporate communications and other business development activities for the branchCandidate Specification :- Strong Marketing Experience (especially in Telemarketing operations)- People Management Skills- Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence- High Energy and Passion- High Customer Centricity- Innovation and Creativity- Knowledge of Markets and Vendor Management (ref:updazz.com)
