Required Project Manager - Mumbai

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Dhoot Group located in Mumbai. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, coordinating inspections, and managing logistics for project materials and resources. Roles and responsibilities

• Responsible as the overall in-charge of the project.
• Coordinate contractors, Architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants and site team for smooth execution of work.
• Preparation of progress documents, measurement and bill certification.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech from Mumbai University
• 7 years experience
• Complete knowledge of RCC, finishing and MEP work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in MS-office and AutoCad
