Job Description

Reviewing the company debtor list. Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills. Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments. Negotiating suitable payment plans. Maintaining customer payment records. Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department. Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made. Responding to customer queries.&

Calling assigned customers for timely collection. (Daily)

Daily Collection report- Follow up with the sales team/Concerned person/Customer for pay advise. (Daily)

Customer Account Reconciliation Support (Calling for the ledger, sending a statement, providing detail as per customer requirement) (Daily)

Payment Collection adjustment in coordination with the internal accounting Team (Daily)

Assist said customers to raise their concerns related to service and sales.
