Job Description
Responsibilities :- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., online research, cold calling, social media).- Building Relationships : Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospect and customer companies.- Understanding Customer Needs : Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer challenges and identify how your solution can add value.- Product Demos and Presentations : Deliver compelling and effective product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and use cases that resonate with customer needs.- Negotiating and Closing Deals : Develop and present competitive proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales goals.- Customer Onboarding : Guide and support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their experience.- Building Long-Term Relationships : Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.- Reporting and Analysis : Track sales metrics, analyze customer data, and report on activity and performance to contribute to the overall sales strategy.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving sales goals.- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and best practices.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.- In-depth knowledge of your assigned SaaS product and its functionalities.- Comfortable conducting engaging and informative product demos.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
