JD For Customer Success Executive : Roles & Responsibility :- Gain full expertise and have a thorough understanding of PatSeer platform- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers, replying to inbound queries.- Assist and work with customers to ensure their end user objectives are being met with the product. Also provide guidance on solving their day-to-day IP workflow challenges- Ensure customer satisfaction and also educate them about new or existing functional capabilities and possible upgrades.- Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionMandatory Skill Set :- Very strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities- Impeccable oral and written communication skillsPreferred Skill Set :- Patent knowledge or experience- Any certification in Patent or AI will be plus point- Patent knowledge and/or Experience in the field of patent searching, analytics- Any certification in Patent related courses or AI related courses for example, Chat-GPT prompts training, will be plus point - Aid with the development of new features and/or tools and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.
