Work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify new market opportunities and develop sales and marketing campaigns.Team Management : Hire, train, and develop a high-performing inside sales team. Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and resources to succeed, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them achieve their sales targets.Sales Performance Management : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. Work with the inside sales team to set and achieve individual and team sales targets.Customer Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with customers and prospects, and work closely with the inside sales team to ensure that they are providing a high level of customer service and support.Sales Reporting and Analysis : Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Sales Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
