Marketing ManagerResponsibilities :- Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customers.- Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, brochures, direct mail, outdoor signage and promotional events- Collaborate with creative agencies, printers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with brand standards- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify offline and online marketing opportunities and consumer preferences- Manage the offline marketing budget, track expenses, and implement plans in a costeffective manner.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to both online &offline marketing and real estate advertising.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in offline & online marketing, advertising, or brand management- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a keen attention to detail- Actively involved in end-to-end execution of offline and online marketing campaigns- Knowledge of print production processes, media planning, and advertising regulations- Familiarity with marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools to assess campaign performanceJob location : Thrissur/Palakkad (ref:updazz.com)
