Associate - Retail Sales - Equity (1-3 Yrs) Mumbai/Navi Mumbai (BFSI Sales)

Associate Responsibilities :1. Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels2. Interact with potential customers with an emphasis on high-quality lead conversions.3. Proactively follow up on leads assigned by the Sales Head and report the progress with a mitigation plan on how to achieve the results as well.4. Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales objectives.5. Managing pre-sales and post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.6. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.7. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and results8. Collaborate with team members and other departments for a seamless customer experienceQualifications :1. Graduate (Mandatory)2. Skilled in cold emailing and inside sales3. Fluency in English, Hindi & any one regional language4. Excellent communication skills verbal and written & Excellent telephone skills5. Willing and able to work extra hours on occasion to complete tasks6. Willing and able to attend company meetings that take place outside of normal working hours (approx. one per month).7.
