Job Description
The Opportunity:As a Key Account Sales Manager (KAM) in our Enterprise Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and building lasting relationships with our largest clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of highly valued accounts, exceeding revenue targets, and forging strategic partnerships with key decision-makers. This is a challenging and rewarding position for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys exceeding expectations.Key Responsibilities :- Own and excel in a portfolio of large enterprise accounts (100 Cr revenue). This includes driving revenue growth, expanding existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.- Build and mentor a high-performing direct sales team, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support to achieve their individual and team KPIs.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, building trust and understanding their unique needs and challenges.- Negotiate and secure high-value deals, leveraging your strategic thinking and strong communication skills to win new business.- Champion high service standards and customer satisfaction by collaborating effectively with internal teams and partners.- Stay ahead of the curve in the telecom/ISP landscape by continuously learning about industry trends and new technologies.Essential Skills and Qualifications :- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in direct B2B enterprise sales, ideally within the telecom/ISP industry.- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.- Strong understanding of the telecom/ISP market and its current landscape.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.- Leadership skills to motivate and coach a direct sales team.- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.>Outstanding time management and organizational skills.- Proficiency in CRM and other relevant sales tools.Additional Advantages:- Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.- Strong understanding of solution selling and new product penetration strategies.- Knowledge of telecom products like ILL, Broadband, Security & Managed Services.
