Senior Product Analyst - IT (3-6 Yrs) Ahmedabad (IT Sales)

Position objective: The objective is to improve efficiency, identify and implement solutions and analyzing and resolving the problems. Roles/responsibilities : - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
-Construct workflow charts and diagrams; writing specifications.
-Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
-Performing requirements analysis.
-Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
-Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
-Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
-Working closely with clients, Stack holders, and managerial staff.
-Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
-Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
-Performing user acceptance testing.
-Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
-Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
-Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
-Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
-Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts.
-Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.
-Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
-Define project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team.
-Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
-Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends - Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
