Provider & Network Management Specialist - Healthcare (3-10 Yrs) Noida (B2B/Corporate Sales)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Provider and Network Management Specialist to join our team at YourDOST, a leading B2B workplace wellness service provider. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with wellness service providers, ensuring a robust network, and maintaining the quality of services delivered to our corporate clients.Responsibilities- Provider Network Development : Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with wellness service providers, including fitness centres, healthcare professionals, Hospitals, and nutritionists.- Quality Assurance : Develop and implement standards and guidelines for the delivery of wellness services within the provider network. Monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of services provided by network partners.- Network Adequacy : Assess and maintain the adequacy of the provider network to meet the needs of corporate clients and their employees. Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to align network capabilities with client requirements.- Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with existing wellness service providers to foster collaboration and resolve any issues promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.- Provider Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new wellness service providers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize providers with our program objectives and expectations.- Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the provider network. Implement improvements and adjustments as needed to optimize network performance.- Data Analysis : Analyze provider performance data and utilization metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.- Compliance & Regulation : Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure that all providers adhere to regulatory standards and maintain necessary certifications.- Reporting : Generate regular reports on provider network performance, service utilization, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and recommendations for program enhancement.Requirement :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.- Proven experience in provider network management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the wellness or healthcare sector.- 3 years of experience in provider network management- 3 years of experience in market research, preferably in the workplace wellness or healthcare industry.Location : Noida, Delhi-NCR (ref:updazz.com)
