Job Title : Assistant Manager SalesCompany : Ken ResearchLocation : GurgaonJob Description :- As an Assistant Manager Sales at Ken Research, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end sales operations while leading a team of approximately six individuals. Operating within the dynamic field of market research and consulting, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, crafting compelling value propositions, and guiding clients through their journey with our firm.Key Responsibilities :- Understand client needs thoroughly and effectively communicate our value proposition.- Lead the team in pitching our services and guiding clients through their journey with Ken Research.- Utilize CRM tools such as Fresh Sales and HubSpot to manage client interactions and track progress.- Prepare meticulously for initial client meetings, ensuring a methodical approach.- Gather and analyze client information during initial calls, utilizing the BANT framework.- Summarize meeting discussions and follow up with clear action items for next steps.- Develop comprehensive scopes and Table of Contents (TOC) tailored to client requirements, clearly outlining research objectives, timelines, methodologies, and sample sizes.- Create high-quality capability decks and educational content, including white papers, newsletters, and social media articles.- Understand the intent and objectives behind collateral creation, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.- Nurture existing client relationships and generate repeat business through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery.Requirements :- Prior experience in market research or B2B sales is essential.- Strong understanding of client needs, value proposition pitching, and client journey articulation.- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly FreshSales and HubSpot.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.Location preference : Gurgaon.- Ken Research offers competitive compensation packages and operates on a Monday to Friday workweek schedule.
