Responsibilities :1. Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs2. Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading3. Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors4. Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements5. Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements6. Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations7. Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback9. Address customer inquiries and complaints10.
