Job Description : Role : Business Development ManagerDepartment : Sales ConsultingShift : General (10am to 7pm)Office Location : Noida Sector 1, 3 positions/WFOOffice Location : Bangalore, 1 position/WFHExperience : 5 YearsNotice Period : max 30 daysJob Description :- Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business development- Clear understanding of the IT services industry, and IT staffing- Successful in building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan- Specific experience in IT or IT Staffing industry business development role involving hunting- 5 years of sales experience in the IT Staff Augmentation/Consulting industry- Salesforce consulting industry experience is an add-on- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals- Work closely with Marketing team to generate leads and design campaigns- Collaborate with the Account Management/Recruitment team to identify and fulfill client staffing needs- Comfortable with performing Outbound and Inbound calls and delivering professional, formal presentations.- Excellent English Communication skills written and oral- Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)- Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must- Clear understanding of the Indian market- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level- Should have worked on Salesforce or a global CRM platform, and understands funnel movement of leads and dealRole/KRA s- Grow the business of IT Staffing in scale and scope with key client acquisitions- Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (onboards), new client signups (Key clients)- Meet and Exceed Annual/Quarterly sales targets with a clear focus on numbers- Ensuring market coverage with Enterprise, Mid-market, SMB and start-ups in India- Work with Delivery/Recruitment, Operations & Payroll teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently- Open to travel Pan India, and Asia in future (up to 60% travel as needed)- Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age- Manage relationship with partner ecosystem or company partners for lead generation- Attend events, industry meets and engage in business development communities- Work closely with Inside sales, marketing and other inhouse teams for successful opportunity creationInterested candidates can share the resume (ref:updazz.com)
