Roles and responsibilities :- To set, track, and meet sales goals for Key accounts and distributors, both new and old, and to take responsibility for their overall performance:- Volume, Revenue, GP, and DSO are examples of financial performance indicators. Sales Productivity performance indicators:- Pipeline Strength, Cycle Time, and New Customer Wins in Distributor Direct SalesDistributor Indirect Sales : Assure both breadth and depth of distribution by establishing goals for distribution coverage, productivity, and throughput, then tracking and directing these metrics.- Make sure Distributors understand and are in line with the annual business plan; pay particular attention to their financial performance and capability.
