Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Closer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing deals, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. If you have a proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry and possess excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities :1. Lead Conversion :- Engage with potential clients and leads to understand their real estate needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties and services.2. Negotiation and Deal Closure :- Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.3. Client Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly.4. Market Knowledge:- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Use market knowledge to position our properties effectively and address client questions.5. Sales Target Achievement:- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
