- We are hiring for the position of Marketing Executive at CultureX and we are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of these two worlds. You ll be a strategic thinker and a tactical doer, seamlessly blending marketing expertise with sales savvy to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and ultimately, closed deals. Think of yourself as a bridge between the two departments, fostering synergy and ensuring our message resonates with the right audience.Responsibilities :- Craft data-driven marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, content marketing) to attract high-quality leads.- Develop and execute compelling brand narratives that capture attention and showcase CultureX s unique value proposition.- Generate engaging content (blog posts, articles, infographics) that educates, informs, and positions CultureX as a thought leader.- Analyse marketing campaign data and identify areas for optimization to maximise ROI.- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel using CRM systems like HubSpot.- Create sales-ready materials like presentations, case studies, and product demos.- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitor strategies.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive renewals/upsells.Qualifications :- 2 years of experience in marketing.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a data-driven approach.- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
