-Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert chat interactions into sales.
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
-Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics for achieving sales goals.
-Ability to follow up with potential customers on the phone to persuade them to purchase Visa services.
-Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment- Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of handling international customers will be an edge, - Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
-Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales goals while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
-Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and will be responsible for engaging with potential customers domestic & International through online chat platforms & calls and providing product information, answering queries, and ultimately driving sales related to visa or travel services. Skills Experience Requirement :- Good Typing Speed, typing speed over 25 WPM will be preferred.
