- We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, creative & strategic content Writer to join our team at Intech Additive. Our marketing team is looking for a content writer who understands web writing, SEO best practices, and brand-centered storytelling. They will craft various content types maintaining strategic direction in each piece - including website copy, blog posts, social posts, and product descriptions - that address our target audiences and strengthen our brand voice. They will research industry topics and trends, optimize content for organic search, revise and edit pieces, and collaborate with other writers and marketers to ensure brand consistency. Ideal candidates will be creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
-You will also determine the best content formats to ensure high consumer engagement while generating leads to attract potential prospects.Objectives of this role :- Produce quality writing that connects with target audiences, boosts engagement, and enhances brand awareness- Developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our organisation s goals.- Creating a comprehensive content calendar to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing campaigns.- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness and results of marketing campaigns and recommending ways to improve future content performance.- Creating and managing relationships with external content creators and influencers.- Increase website traffic by following SEO best practices- Generate pitches based on current events and market trends- Working with the legal and compliance team to ensure the content complies with content governance guidelines and policies.Responsibilities :- Owning the content strategy for a website and managing the entire content creation process from ideation to publication.- Identifying trends, content gaps and target audience preferences.- Ensuring content creation for different platforms and distribution across multiple platforms and channels.- Developing and studying essential KPIs and metrics of content performance- Responsible for content production that is SEO optimised, along with proficiency in video editing and graphic design to make it user and search-engine friendly.- Revise and edit content before publication- Staying updated with the industry trends and algorithm changes affecting content and marketing directly or indirectly.- Work with the Marketing team to build editorial calendars- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in branding, style, and messagingRequired skills and qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.- Compelling writing style, voice, and tone- Good understanding of user behaviour and user experience design.- Familiarity with email marketing and social media marketing campaigns.- Knowledge of best practices used to enhance user experience (UX).- Extensive experience with content creation, strategy building and content marketing.- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like Wordpress.- Ability to work with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation software like Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot etc.,- Working knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM).- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent planning and management skills to oversee multiple content campaigns.- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.- Portfolio of relevant writing samples- Prior Working experience in Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing/Manufacturing industry will be added advantage.
