Customer Support Role (0-3 Yrs) Ahmedabad/Gujarat (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Job Description :- Manage Inbound and outbound chats in a timely manner.- Identifying customers needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.- Manage end-to-end customer response and the complaint process- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries- Maintain customer databases- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process- Places orders for customers by updating all the information accurately.- Maintain excellent quality on all chats handled.- Perform all assigned tasks in an accurate manner.- Work with minimum supervision.Requirements :- Graduate from any stream- Excellent spoken & written communication skills- Strong communication skills along with active listening.- MS-Office (specifically MS-word); Good keyboarding typing skills- Customer focus- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively- Ability to understand accents from diverse geographies- Ability to stay calm under pressure (ref:updazz.com)
