OYO operates a unique business model that helps its patrons transform fragmented, unbranded and underutilized hospitality assets into branded, digitally-enabled storefronts with higher revenue generation potential and provides its customers with access to a broad range of high-quality storefronts at compelling price points.Responsibilities:- Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties which can be acquired to do business with OYO- Meet property owners and sell OYO s vision of providing comfortable stays for many- Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association and bring them onboard our platform- Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till property goes live on OYO platform- Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners- Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area- Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYO s Operations/Revenue teamRequired Skills:- Networking ability- Proof reading of legal contracts- Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email writing)- Good negotiation skills- Analytical abilityKey Performance Indicators:- Number of Sellable Rooms signed / made live month on month- Gross margin derived from the properties signedWhat we are looking for:- 2 to 7 years of experience- Experience of B2B sales/client onboarding- Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be an added advantageCTC: Upto 12 LPA INCLUDING 20% VariableCandidate should have experience in Lead Generation, Client Onboarding/B2B Field SalesMUST BE FROM- But background from which will want these candidates is from the following - - Competition (Ginger, Fortune, Bloom, Olive, Housr, Stanza, Zolo, Ferns Hotel, Fab, Treebo, Choice/Key, Royal orchid )- QSR (McD, Burger King, Dominos, , CCD, Haldirams)- Franchise BDMs (Lenskart, Tumbledry, Firstcry)basically companies where BDMs are required to deal with premium property owners/developers/brokers for setting up their units or franchises - which is exactly WHAT SOB BDMs need to do (ref:updazz.com)
